Personal Data for Service Providers: When you apply to become a service provider (Karagir), we collect your full name, mobile number, profile picture, city, service category, service area, visiting charge, and a valid Aadhar card for verification purposes.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information when you access the Platform, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customised experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the Platform to:
- Create and manage your account.
- Connect users with verified service providers.
- Process transactions, including user visiting charges and service provider monthly recharges.
- Verify the identity and credentials of service providers using the Aadhar card provided. Your Aadhar information is used for internal verification only and is not shared with other users.
- Send you notifications regarding your bookings and account status.
- Monitor and analyse usage and trends to improve your experience with the Platform.
- Prevent fraudulent transactions, monitor against theft, and protect against criminal activity.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. However, we may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:
To Facilitate Services: When a user books a service, we will share the user's name, address, and contact information with the selected service provider. The service provider's profile information is visible to all users on the dashboard.
Aadhar Card Data: Information submitted for service provider verification (Aadhar card) is used solely for internal identity verification by our team and is never shared with customers or third parties.
By Law or to Protect Rights: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of Digi Karagir, or protect the personal safety of users of the Platform or the public.
