Refund Policy

This policy outlines the terms for refunds on the Digi Karagir platform. By making a payment on our platform, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. For Users (Visiting Charges)

The visiting charge paid by a User to book a Service Provider is intended to compensate the provider for their travel and inspection time. Therefore, it is generally non-refundable.

Refunds Are Not Permitted If:
• The User cancels the booking at any time.
• The Service Provider has visited the location, but the User decides not to proceed with further work.

A Full Refund Is Permitted If:
• The Service Provider cancels the booking before visiting the User's location.
• The Service Provider fails to arrive at the User's location within the scheduled time frame and does not communicate a delay.

To request a refund under the permitted conditions, please contact our support team at support@digikaragir.com with your booking details.

2. For Service Providers (Monthly Recharge)

The monthly recharge fee paid by Service Providers is a subscription fee for platform visibility and access to user bookings.

All monthly recharge payments are final and strictly non-refundable. This applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • The provider's account being suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
  • The provider's dissatisfaction with the number of bookings received.
  • The provider deciding to no longer use the platform.

Duplicate Recharges: If a Service Provider accidentally makes another recharge while their current plan is still active, the amount will not be refunded. Instead, an additional 30 days of validity will be automatically added to their existing validity period.
