Please read these Terms carefully before using Digi Karagir. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

1. The Platform
Digi Karagir is a neutral digital platform that connects individuals seeking to obtain home and professional repair/maintenance services ("Users") with independent third-party service providers ("Service Providers" or "Karagirs"). We are not a direct provider of these services. Our role is to onboard, verify, and list Service Providers for Users to discover and book.
2. User Accounts
To use the Platform, Users must register with a valid Indian mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
3. Service Booking & Payments (For Users)
- To book a Service Provider, the User must pay a nominal, non-refundable visiting charge through the Platform. This charge compensates the Service Provider for their time and travel to inspect the required job.
- Once the visit is complete, any subsequent work, charges, and payments are to be negotiated and settled directly between the User and the Service Provider. Digi Karagir is not a party to these transactions and is not responsible for any disputes arising from them.
Disclaimer: Digi Karagir does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by Service Providers. We conduct a basic verification at the time of onboarding, but we are not responsible for the conduct of any User or Service Provider.
4. Service Provider Terms
Onboarding: Individuals wishing to become a Service Provider must complete the registration process, which includes providing personal details and a valid Aadhar card for verification. Approval is at the sole discretion of our verification team.
Monthly Recharge: To be visible and active on the Platform dashboard, approved Service Providers must maintain an active monthly subscription by completing a recharge. This fee is for platform visibility and is non-refundable.
Account Validity: A recharge is valid for 30 days. If a recharge expires, the Service Provider's profile will be hidden until a new recharge is made. Subsequent recharges made during an active period will extend the validity by an additional 30 days.
Order Management: Service Providers are expected to promptly accept or cancel orders they receive. They are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the quality and execution of their services.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Digi Karagir, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform;
- Any conduct or content of any third party (including users and service providers) on the Platform;
- Any content obtained from the Platform; and
- Unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from the use of Digi Karagir shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
